Meet Kara
I’m Karita.
I’ve graduated as a life coach in 2015 at Alba Academy in the Netherlands.
Afterwards I took one of the biggest steps of my life:
Together with my dog and my horse, I moved to Ibiza to work as a natural horse & life instructor. Teaching children to communicate with their body language, emotions and energy has opened a new level to my coaching. Horses help us to make these inner energies visible and act thereby as teachers.
Everything is connected and we can see it once we learn to open our eyes to it.
‘We are what we think’ got a new significance to me and taught me insights in how we block ourselves and how to get rid of these barriers.
Every change can be created, starting in your own head!
I believe that the world will change as soon as more people seek their way to personal happiness. Because once your fire is lit, you will light other peoples fires.
